Who Are You?

Are you a hero

if the medal 'round your neck is cold?

Are you a hero

if you are doing what you’re told?

What defines your greatness

is not in someone else’s book.

If you mold yourself to be

the hero in an external story

the glory will be temporaryꟷ

and you will fall trying to fit

with the others in the snake pit.
